Products that are perishable or have an expiration date.
Products that were custom-made or personalized for you.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
If you prefer a replacement for a defective or damaged item, please indicate this when initiating the return.
